1. What services does Rumila Enterprises offer?

We provide full-time, live-in domestic help services including housekeeping, cooking, babysitting, elder care, patient care, Japa care, and more in major cities.

2. Do you provide part-time staff?

No, we only provide full-time, live-in domestic helpers to ensure continuous and reliable service for your family’s needs.

3. Are your helpers police-verified?

Yes, all our helpers are police-verified and adhere to the rules set by the Delhi government.

4. How does the free trial work?

We offer a 5-day free trial for each domestic helper. During this trial period, the client is required to pay the helper's salary directly, which will be calculated by dividing the monthly salary by 30 (the daily wage). No service charges will be applied by Rumila Enterprises during this period. The client has the opportunity to assess the helper’s performance, and after the trial, if the client chooses to continue with the helper, the full service charge becomes immediately due. The service charge is fixed and non-adjustable after the trial period, regardless of satisfaction.

5. What is the replacement policy?

We provide a specific number of free replacements based on your contract duration:
✔ 2 replacements for 11-month contracts
✔ 1 replacement for 6-month contracts
✔ No replacement for 3-month contracts

6. Can I request a replacement if I’m not satisfied?

Yes, replacements are available as per the replacement policy for your contract duration. If you’re not satisfied even after using up your entitled replacements, a partial refund of the service fee may be issued as per our Terms & Conditions.

7. What is the service duration and renewal policy?

We offer service durations of 3, 6, or 11 months. Renewal after 11 months is handled through mutual agreement and based on performance and client satisfaction.

8. Are helpers entitled to leave?

Yes, helpers are entitled to 2 leave days per month. Clients must inform us of these leaves in advance or compensate accordingly if leave is not provided.

9. Do you charge a registration fee?

Yes, a one-time non-refundable registration fee of ₹2000 per candidate is applicable.

10. How can I book a helper?

You can contact us through our website form, phone call, or WhatsApp. Our team will help you book the most suitable helper for your home.
